Chimarrão has always been about more than food.
It is about tradition, sharing, and the experience of being together.
The rebrand builds on this legacy, bringing back the strength of what defines the brand while giving it a more contemporary expression. A visual language that preserves its roots, but moves with the present.
At the center of the identity is the skewer — a symbol of the rodízio tradition. Refined into cleaner, softer lines, it captures the essence of Brazilian barbecue with a more modern perspective. The deep red remains, carrying the warmth and passion of the grill, while blue introduces a new layer of contrast and freshness.
A custom “Chimarrão” typeface brings clarity and character, balancing elegance with legibility. It works alongside illustrated panels that depict scenes of barbecue culture and its geography, adapting to each space and creating a distinct atmosphere in every restaurant.
The new identity is a way of telling the brand’s story. One that brings together past and present, tradition and evolution, in a space that continues to feel familiar.
Because Chimarrão it’s about the experience around the table.
